Wood coffered ceiling with recessed lighting, finish carpentry by IBD Construction

Flooring, Trim & Painting

Finish strong. It is what everyone sees.

Expert interior work that pulls it all together, from custom moldings to flawless paint and floors. As part of a bigger project or on its own.

What we build

The finish work we do.

Finish work is where a project is judged. Tight miters, level floors, clean lines where the wall meets the ceiling. We do it with the same team that did the framing, so nothing gets lost between trades.

  • Hardwood, tile, and engineered flooring installed and finished
  • Crown, base, wainscot, coffered ceilings, and built-ins
  • Interior and exterior painting with proper prep
  • Available on its own or as the final phase of a renovation

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers to the questions this kind of project starts with.

Can you match existing trim and molding profiles?
In most cases yes. We match or closely replicate existing profiles so new work blends with old.
How long does painting take?
A few rooms is a matter of days; a whole-house interior or exterior is longer. Prep is most of the time and most of the quality.
Do you refinish existing hardwood floors?
Yes. Sanding and refinishing is often the better value when the boards are sound.
Do you do finish work on its own, without a larger project?
Yes. Many clients call us for trim, floors, or painting alone.
